this is an attempted progression piece of duke and syracuse in 2009. i called it "the dive." it used several filters and adjustments to make each of the 5 images unique. i used selection and erasing in the first and last. then there is a posterize on the 2nd. an invert on the 3rd and a neon glow + poster edges for the 4th.
made a few changes to it. used a liquify to make the twist in the middle of the top one. i like it much better because it really gives that morph feel without letting it get too twisted.

with this one i applied a poster edges filter and i really like how it came out. you really see the differences between the layers.

shifted and changed font. very simple changes, i like it a lot. added image on right.

inserted the sword image. shifted the text. i really like this. i think i may revisit this and try to mess around with strokes and colors. the black and white is cool but i think there are some better options.

this was the second project. very similar because i used a different old english font and i just changed the capitals in the beginning.

this was the first project that i did last week. i took a piece of the epic "Beowulf" and used some old english and celtic text to enhance it. i liked using the old school celtic box letters for the first letters.
